Extensive renovation Energy facade upgrade, renewal of utilities ducts, refurbishment of stairways and residential upgrades in a residential and commercial building, Jenaer Straße in 10717 Berlin

Planning of design and construction together with external technical planners. Redesign of the outdoor area. Preparation of standard specifications for residential upgrades. Project monitoring and control throughout all phases of the HOAI.

Executed construction work:

• Renewal of Windows and balcony door with consideration of the energy saving regulations (EnEV 2014)
• Renewal of utility ducts and risers from main supply to sub-distribution
• Centralization of the electricity meters
• Residential upgrade of vacant 1 – 2 bedroom apartments
• Replacement of the elevator system
• Refurbishment of stairways according to the new color concept. Basic cleaning of covering made from artificial stone. Upgrade of building and flat entrance doors
